I’m Rodrigo, an engineer and sales professional passionate about tackling complex challenges in operations and manufacturing. I’ve had the privilege of working on projects involving; streamlining scheduling processes, Epicor process development, and building relationships through inside and outside sales. I've developed an app to optimize workflows, always striving to deliver practical solutions with a collaborative and grounded approach.

During my internship, I developed a procedure using an access database and excel spreadsheets to gather critical kpi's. In 2025- developed a Python app to automate job queues, improving communication internally and externally.
Enhanced inside and outside sales workflows, improving client communication and order accuracy.
In my spare time - Designed a 4-flute end mill ("GrokMill") for A2 tool steel, optimizing machining efficiency.
